Inaugurated the new “Calzedonia” Auditorium in Dossobuono


Biobyte was responsible for the architectural, acoustic, stagecraft and media design of the multi-purpose room, foyer and meeting rooms of the new complex of the brand.

The new auditorium of the group is a space that can accommodate 1,000 people, with numerous and various uses: parades, concerts, theater, events and festivals. When not used in its full capacity, the auditorium can be subdivided itself in more cosy spaces, converting itself in 8 different conference rooms, or it is able to accommodate 2 major events in conjunction with video systems, lights and completely independent and fully autonomous audio, equipped with the best and innovative technologies. Alongside these traditional configurations, other combinations can be created if necessary, by a quick and flexible handling system.

In these days Calzedonia has reveiled its new auditorium with a mega show: the group has in fact lifted the veil on the new wing of the Headquarter in Dossobuono (Verona), that has given hospitality to Calzedonia Summer Show, the traditional parade of collections which presented the novelties for 2016. Calzedonia is currently distributed in 41 countries and can count on 1,964 stores including Italy and Europe; between the marks of the group led by Veronesi there are also Intimissimi, Tezenis and Falconeri: the group is now planning to land in the United States from an “Intimissimi” store in New York, capping a successful expansion strategy, confirmed by a continuous increase of sales, now quantified at + 7%.

renziIn recent days the president of the Council Matteo Renzi visited the plant Calzedonia in Verona. During his short speech, Renzi has revealed: “Congratulations to Sandro Veronesi and his entire team for the new auditorium and for the success of the company. It ‘a wonderful story: started from zero, he has created a brand almost world leader today. We should talk more often about things like this: growing and running. This is a reality that leaves me speechless.”
